Breakfast Casserole

Man oh man! This was yummy & the husband loved it!
He ate almost the entire thing
I definitely recommend this for either breakfast or dinner

Ingredients:

4 cups of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup of chopped (cooked) bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of evaporated milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp season salt
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking dish.
LAYER 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 cheese in prepared baking dish; repeat layers.
Combine evaporated milk, egg and seasoned salt in small bowl.
Pour evenly over potato mixture & cover.
BAKE for 55-60 minutes.
Uncover; bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Chocolate Pie

This takes about five minutes to make and is DELICIOUS!
If you have ever had a "dirt cup" this takes exactly the same.
My husband loves these pies so we make them quite a bit.

Ingredients:
Oreo Pie Crust
1 small box of INSTANT chocolate pudding
Milk
Cool Whip

Directions:
Make pudding according to directions on box
Refrigerate until pudding is set
Top with Cool Whip




Easy Peasy!!!

Yam Casserole

This is by far one of my most FAVORITE Thanksgiving side dishes!!
This year, I was lucky enough to make it for our family party.


Ingredients:
3 cups COOKED mashed yams
1 cup white sugar
1 cube butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
TOPPING
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Mix yams, white sugar, cube of butter, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla
place in a greased 9x13 in dish
Mix butter, chopped pecans, brown sugar and flour
spread over yams.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
